Simply upload online when you order or email us the photo after placing your order, we will then set about designing your personalised photo keepsake for you, all words and layouts can be altered to suit your requirements, we will email you a proof for you to approve before the final production of your finished photo memory keepsake.  Our specialist photographer has a keen eye for detail and will create a very unique keepsake gift for you to treasure, making the most of your photo for a truly personalised photo keepsake.

You will need to send us your photo in JPG, BMP or GIF format; we cannot use them if they are not sent in one of these formats, as we won’t be able to open the file. Please send us the full size photo, the bigger it is the better detail we can get from it, please don’t resize, crop or compress your pictures we need them full size for the larger finishes, we also need the photos to be high resolution, we will contact you if your photo is too small or not high quality enough for us to use, as we cannot make your photo look great if it is not good quality to start with, although we do appreciate that with the in-memory keepsakes, you may not have a better photo and we will help all we can if this is the situation.
